More Pictures from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Legislators

Site blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island among the released materials.

Furthermore contained in this new photograph disclosure seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had created ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.

Visible on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a key labelling various areas of the property.

Accompanying this are what look to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, such as plans for marina coverings.

Further materials made public as part of the ongoing investigative release.
